GENERAL FAQ

What is RichWebmaster?
RichWebmaster is an affiliate program that partners Webmasters with online casinos in an effort to create a mutually profitable relationship.

By partnering reputable casinos with the highest commissions available online and a constant flow of fresh ideas, RichWebmaster offers Webmasters an opportunity to increase their profits significantly.
Who is RichWebmaster partnered with?
RichWebmaster is currently partnered with Grand Banks Casino, Black Widow Casino, Sterling House Casino, Casino On Liner, Luck N' Roll Casino, and Slots Alley Casino. All of our partners offer their respective players consistently high payouts, an unparalleled level of security, unique promotions, and customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

RichWebmaster is also partnered with IPlayTournaments. IPlayTournaments is a tool that allows Webmasters to create and host tournaments for players that visit their site. By participating in tournaments, players have the opportunity to compete for a prize amount over and above their regular play at the casino. As such they have all the more reason to stay with an IPlayTournaments partnered casino. We have extended this tool to our Webmasters as a way for them to keep their players loyal, and make more money.

Please see the Commission page for commission calculation tables.
How do I track my earnings?
As a RichWebmaster affiliate, you receive a unique ID code for tracking as soon as you register. You can track activity by clicking on the "Stats" link on the main menu bar once you have logged into your account.

When a player registers via your Web site, your affiliate ID is automatically associated with any activity by that player. As soon as that player is registered, you can track how much money you have earned from that player by selecting "Summary By Player" in the "Stats" section of your account.

You can also track the aggregate number of downloads, signups, and new Webmaster registrations generated from your site each month, and on each tier by clicking "Tiered Summary" in the "Stats" section of your account. Your statistics are updated regularly, so they always reflect accurate amounts.
How do I know how much I am to be paid this month?
In order to find out how much money you are earning this month, just log into your account. To see earnings for a specific period click on "Stats" on the main menu bar at the top of the screen, select "Basic" and enter a date range. See below to calculate date ranges. The "Total Commission" is what is being earned for the current month. The "General Balance" is a total of what is owed to you including the current month and previous month. Subtract the "Total Commission" from the "General Balance" to find out what your next payment will be if totals are different.

You can see how much you have earned or will be paid after the 15th of any month if you select "Revenue Summary" from the "Stats" section of your account. The top line is always the current month and that total will be calculated and paid after the next 15th.

Richwebmaster Months are Calculated from the 15th to the 14th of each month. For example: If you are looking for your profits for the pay period ending March 15, 2005, you should look at the third month of 2005 or 2005/03. Revenues from December 15, 2005 to January 14 2005 will be recorded under 2005/12.
Why does my Revenue Summary show that I have earned a different amount than what I am to be paid?
The reason that you are to be paid a different amount than what the Revenue Summary displays is usually the result of one of the following:
  1. Banned Players: One of the players that has registered through you has been banned. Once a player gets banned, we have to return all of his or her money to them, and as a result we cannot pay Webmasters for revenues generated through banned players.

  2. Player Investigation: We are investigating information such as credit cards, bank information, or address verification on one of the players brought in by you, and so have withheld payment of profits generated from that player for at least one month.

  3. One of your players has charged back money. If this happens, 100% of the amount that has been scheduled to be paid to you, as a result of that player, gets subtracted from your account.
How often will I be paid?
RichWebmaster will process affiliate payments by the 2nd working day after the payroll month is closed. Payments are estimated to be delivered according to the following payment selections:

Neteller:              3 - 5 business days, the minimum payment is $50
Moneybookers:   3 - 5 business days, the minimum payment is $50
INSTADEBIT       3 - 5 business days, the minimum payment is $50
